Floors not swept, bathroom floor full of stains around tub and toilet. Beer corks under coach and plenty of food wrappers. Coach and chair very dirty and you could not sit on coach. Metal bar hitting right on your tailbone. $506.00 for the weekend. Forwhat??

Upon getting back from the yqm concert, our living room in the king suite had no a/c or heat the thermostat was not working, the couch bed was broken and wouldn’t fold out, and was collapsed in the back so you can’t even sit properly. The cushions on that couch were filthy. Defiantly not what I would expect from a best western plus, a normal 195$ room that was jacked up to almost $600 for the concert. Contacted the main desk and they didn’t have any workers to bring a couple more towels and no one to check the A/c and said we have to come to the main desk if we want towels and blanket. So the worker at the desk couldn’t do anything but apologize and told me to contact the manager.
