Our room was on the third level, and that would have been fine, but the elevator was out of service. It would have been nice to know this in advance. Pool, it was cold. Nobody in the pool when it's at maximum occupancy, it's because it's cold! My son decided to swim anyway, and once he got out, there wasn't a single towel. Breakfast. Wow. We went down to breakfast at 8:30, all the cereal was gone and so my son approached the ladies to ask if there was more. They said, "no". Really? Not a single muffin, maybe 4 yogurt in the fridge, no eggs...it was a very sad sight. Quite a few people came down after us, and after looking at what was left they didn't even eat. Very sad. Why advertise that you have a pool when it's too cold to swim in? Why advertise free breakfast when it's not replenished? The three flags that fly at the front of the hotel are shredded, probably from the wind and cold...but they flew outside our room window and it just speaks to the state of this hotel. No attention to detail. Pay the rate, but ultimately there is little to no care for the customer. I would like to mention that Abdul was the reception attendant and was very helpful and friendly at check in.

Floors not swept, bathroom floor full of stains around tub and toilet. Beer corks under coach and plenty of food wrappers. Coach and chair very dirty and you could not sit on coach. Metal bar hitting right on your tailbone. $506.00 for the weekend. Forwhat??
