    Convenient highway access, friendly and courteous staff that were able to handle us checking in rather late due to inclement weather while travelling, and without a reservation. Room was well maintained and well above standard.

    Room was booked on 3rd party site saying that Buffet Breakfast was included. After spending night came down to breakfast area to see a small cafeteria counter with a sandwich board and prices on everything ($3 for a teeny muffin, etc.). Went to counter and was advised “some websites advertise buffet breakfast still, but we stopped it and can’t change their site”. Had to argue my point for a whole and was then given coupons for us to get breakfast. Went to counter with coupons - extremely limited offerings/selection normally, and the. Was told that the hot sandwich oven was broken - so basically a muffin and juice for breakfast. Then I pointed to the juice in the case and asked for two apple and two orange - lady turns around and grabs 4 kiddie juice boxes from behind her - I asked her what she was doing, and that I wanted the juice in the case - she said not with those coupons……was too frustrated to argue further and took my cold breakfast snack back up to the room. Would not have booked without the buffet breakfast and feel duped into booking here, and then the arguments and disappointing selection/service. Will not be coming back. Be warned - no buffet breakfast included or available (even though Expedia even now shows it) - and food selection is limited, poor quality and expensive. Better to hop across the street and get Tim’s than ever buy muffins here that are less than half the size and are more expensive.

    Beautifully decorated lobby and excellent customer service. The staff were professional, personable, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

    At the end of a long journey the bright light was Ryan at reception. The most welcoming demeanour made the trials of the day slip away. Everything else was on spot, and because it was Halloween there was a bag of treats in the room. Ryan's intuition making our stay most pleasant. Thank you Princess.
