The food is decent, the staff is very friendly and the entrance is quite striking. They did a lot of upgrades to the building since I have been there last and I really like it. Definitely recommend. A+

Just 2 things - the water randomly stopped for about 20 seconds while I was taking my shower. It turned back on thankfully! I had to use a computer while there, and although they advertise a business centre, there was only one computer for guest use, and it wasn't working. I asked the staff and they said they'd ask someone to fix it in the morning. I went back in the morning, and they said they'd ask the manager to fix it. I got tired of waiting so I just went to the public library to use their computer.

Unfortunately I had a jacket go missing on the property and it was never found or returned before I checked out. I’ll chalk it up to Lord Beaverbrook playing games because it disappeared from my room and I flew home without it. Besides that the vibe was great and conference staff was top notch. The restaurants manager was my favourite though, he tells the best stories. Would stay again. 10/10. Still hoping my jacket turns up on the property and they call me that they found it.
