- FYfaye youngFeb 23, 20261.0My experience at this hotel was very DISAPPOINTING as we arrived on Feb. 22, 2026 upon checking in I noticed a note on the desk stating that there would be no water in the I believe it said in the Tower part of the hotel at 8am on the 23rd. I didn't pay much attention to it, as I figured it didn't pertain to our stay. First of all I had no idea where the Tower part of the hotel was, and why would they put anyone in one of those rooms anyways. So we woke up around 8:15 am and we had NO WATER couldn't shower, brush teeth or anything. I had a Dr's appt that took me months to get and had to cancel because I couldn't shower. Upon leaving I stopped at front desk and voiced my concerns and I couldn't believe what they told me. He said oh Miss I can put you in a room with running water so you can shower I said well it's too late now as I cancelled my appointment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I sent a message to hotel and manager and he sent me a message and said he will reimburse 50%, but I am still very UPSET, and don't think I should of paid anything.

Wonderful service from the pub staff downstairs and Brittany at the front desk made our stay truly something to remember!!! We need more Brittany’s in the world!!!

- MKMichele KearneyJan 26, 20265.0Great location! You do pay $17.50 per night for parking, which is at the back of the hotel. Very nice room on the 6th floor. Great view. Good room layout, plenty of space. Bathroom had hairdryer and shampoo, conditioner, bodywash etc It was quiet too so could get a good sleep. We were there for the ploar vortex and the outside temperatures were -23 (without the windchill) but the room was toasty warm. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants in the hotel too. Only tried The Joyce which was nice enough. Menu did not have a huge choice mainly burgers or hand heads, there was steak but only striploin. They are doing kitchen renovations maybe that had something to do with the limited menu.
