    Nice clean hotel, friendly reception, quiet rooms, but unfortunately not pet friendly. In this case we didn’t have our dog with us but normally we do. Fortunately there are other hotels who are more accommodating, so that’s where we will take our business in future.

    Chambre propre, endroit calme, personnel super sympathique et efficace. Nous avions des orriées de plus, les lits etaient confortables, la chambre de bain etait spacieuse, nous avions micro ondes, petit frigidaire et machine à café dans la chambre.

    **EDIT**VOL ATTENTION. jai payée la chambre d'hôtel le matin du 22 Août pour y dormir après avoir conduit toute la nuit. Après le paiement, la réceptionniste m'as avisé que nous ne pouvions intégrer la chambre qu'à partir de 15h. Il était 10am... jai demandé de me rembourser et elle m'a dit que ca allait être fait dans la journée sur la carte de crédit. À ce jour(9 Novembre), et après 2 email ( 24 et 26 septembre) toujours pas de remboursement et aucun suivi par e-mail. Incapable de parler a quelqu'un en français le jour même, ni au téléphone.EDIT: pourtant jai bel et bien une facture au à mon nom en date du 22 Août #conf 136396

    Very nicely appointed hotel. It is very well taken care of. Pool and gym areas were very clean. Breakfast was also unusually well kept with a gentleman servicing it that took obvious pride in his work making sure his breakfast area was the best.

    Had a very pleasant one night stay in August of 2025 as part of an east coast trip yo seven cities in five provinces with my family. After returning home I discovered that I had been double charged by the hotel for the room. It’s never happened to me but I can accept that mistakes get made. My issue is no one is fixing it. I called the hotel on Tuesday, and i spoke to Miranda who apologized as she could apparently see the double charge to my credit card. She told me she would advise her manager Kelly the next day. I asked the Miranda to have Kelly call me on Wednesday to confirm my refund had been processed. I waited all day and she didn’t call. I called the hotel again and spoke to Cameron. He advised that Kelly would be in within 1/2 hour and I left a message for Kelly to call me. I received no call Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Friday night I submitted and inquiry form to Best Western Hotels on line. Today is Saturday and I received a blank email response from best Western. On our trip we stayed at several different brand hotels including Hilton, Hyatt Marriott and the Best Western. The hotel aside this treatment of a guest is a disgrace at best. I very much look forward to hearing from anyone from the Best Western corporate or the local hotel I stayed at with an explanation of this behaviour.
