They have a shuttle, but best thing is free SNOW bus out back that takes you all over town and ski resort. So it's 1 mile from train station, easy access by bus. FYI: SNOW bus picks up at train station on last run at 10:30pm. So easy free ride to hotel.

The reason I am giving such a low rating would have to be for customer service. On October 2nd around 5 pm I walk in to check in and rather than being greeted when I say hi, the lady shushes me with her fingers and says "just hold on" as she finishes texting on her phone, takes her meds then turns to ask me what I want like I was the problem. She was rude anytime I asked a question and basically didn't do her job, was mostly on her phone.
