  Very nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again.

  Currently staying here in suite 312, our stay is 3 nights. The pros: The suite is nicely appointed. The bathroom is large with a jetted tub. Has a gas fire place which would have been great on nights 1 and 2 if we had had directions on how to use it. Figured it out on our 3rd morning. The cons: 1) On 3rd morning toilet tank just kept running and would not refill unless I reached into the tank and repositioned the flapper with my hand. We immediately let the front desk know, I also let them know that I would be in the room all day. 4 hours later still no word and now the flapper has completely come undone. Front desk tells me it will still be another 2.5 hours before maintenance will show up. I have stomach issues and for me this is unacceptable. Edit: The 2.5 hours would have been 3:00pm. It is now almost 5:30pm and no one has come to fix the toilet and the front desk hasn't notified us why. At this point I'm so done. We're leaving in the morning and if they show up now I won't let them in. 2) I picked the suite because I knew there would be at least one day I would be in the room all day and this has a nice living room setup that has a couch, two person dinning table, 2nd TV and a fireplace. I didn't care to sit on the bed all day so this setup was perfect. While I realize this is a hide abed the couch itself is very uncomfortable. The cushions are shot and both my husband and I experienced lower back pain because the back cushions are terrible. We were able to mitigate it somewhat by taking our bed pillows and tucking them behind us. 3) The worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. It's a simple breakfast layout which is fine. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, waffles, etc. The worst were the eggs. They were, on day 1 and 2, (haven't had day 3 yet) so overcooked that they were like rubber. A gentleman at the next table who had already been here a week confirmed that they were this way every morning that he'd been here. The potatoes were soggy and the bacon were thin strips of boards. The sausage, while not great was at least edible. I've stayed at many Best Westerns, in fact we have a 4 night stay at one in Yakima in two weeks, and this is one we will not come back too.

  Stayed for 3 days while we were skiing. The hotel and rooms were nice and comfortable. Great beds. However, the staff—especially the evening front desk—were not very friendly. One thing to note: if you use Google Maps, it may direct you to Columbia Falls instead of the actual hotel location. Be sure to enter the exact address to get to the right place. We brought this up with staff, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful about it. They did acknowledge this was an issue. Breakfast was decent—about what you’d expect for a standard hotel. The pool, hot tub, and on-site laundry were all closed during our stay. Game room was fun Overall, we would probably stay here again now that we know what to expect.

  My kids and I loved the game room. Great way to get some energy out after a long drive.

  Had a great stay here. Very close to the ski resort. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.
