I haven't stayed at every location in Montana, but I'd venture to say this is the nicest property in Montana. Really great staff, and a stellar restaurant, with very unique options. I don't think it's current rating at 4.1 does it any justice, people should have a bit of patience while remodeling is being done. I'm truly excited to have this option in West Yellowstone.

From the time we checked in (1000 kudos to Kemira??), it was a fantastic stay. Not only were we welcomed warmly, but she gave us an absolutely top-notch recommendation for dinner (Madison Crossing). Location is choice, even given that West Yellowstone is about the most walkable town I've been in since London and Paris! What else can you say about a practically brand-new hotel? Would stay again in a heartbeat

- BSBecky SOct 15, 20255.0What a wonderful hotel! Jonah, the receptionist, welcomed us with her friendly personality! She was so helpful, suggesting places to have dinner. She is by far the best hotel receptionist I have ever encountered! The hotel was practically new. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is located within walking distance to downtown, all the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Yellowstone or the surrounding area.

The hotel has been newly renovated, featuring spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, the sound insulation was poor, and unlike other hotels in similar locations, it did not offer complimentary breakfast.
