    The breakfast that comes with the stay advertises among other things, the two main items of scrambled eggs and sausage. Being a keto guy that tries to avoid refined carbs. Those were the only two things I was planning on eating for breakfast. When I asked, I was told that they just weren’t too many people staying at the hotel right now so they just cut off the eggs and sausage. I definitely would not have stayed there if I’ve known that. Was advertise to have Wi-Fi in the room and Netflix. They had neither my Wi-Fi didn’t work nor did the Netflix. I confirmed with the front desk and they said “sorry.” No resolution, they didn’t even try. The shower was horrible. Almost 0 water pressure. Took me forever to get the shampoo out of my hair. Unless they refund me for those two nights, I’m never staying in a Best Western again, and I’m recommending to all my friends that may ask—that they do the same. Whoever the manager is there needs to be fired ASAP. Estrella was the only person that was really helpful.

    It was a lovely 2-Night stay at the Best Western during our winter gateway; however, the breakfast was not up-to-par (I would highly recommend going out to eat breakfast before venturing out to Yellowstone). Quiet stay, and would come again in the future.
