  Edited to add: avoid this place, there are better options. They refused to answer my calls until I blocked my number, then put me off until I showed up in person. Shower didn't work, front desk seemed to know they booked me a room with a faulty diverter. They then offered to send me to a different room to shower, but not to change rooms. After complaining more, they did offer to switch rooms, but they switched us into an already occupied room with someone actively having a bowel movement, I'm sure we scared that poor person enough that it helped with their activity. When we went back to our originally booked room, the front desk person had already shut off our key cards, so we couldn't have moved rooms regardless. All the front desk person could tell us is that she just got back after being gone a week, and she had no idea how someone could be in the room she rebooked us into, I asked her if there were squatters in the hotel if there are open rooms that she is booking people into, and she said she didnt know that either. When I first talked to her about the shower not working, she had the wrong name on the room, but then said she was looking at the arrival list, not the correct list. Im booked for multiple nights, so it seems like they double booked people for the room I originally planned on occupying as well. The pool is also under construction, and from the reviews, dont plan on it being open. Ever. I drove almost halfway across a continent to spread my mother's ashes, and the experience dealing with this hotel was worse than dealing with my mother dying. I recieved no help, no answers, and nothing but what can be described as malicious incompetence

  Worse motel stay I've had in a long time. The rooms are disgusting. The beds are covered in blood and urine. Ac and refrigerator did not work. Stayed here so kids could have the pool and it was closed. No refund or discount. Horrible customer service on top of it all. The picture attached is what both beds look like in room.

  The only reason this hotel got 2 stars is because the room was very clean. That's the end of the good news. Room 314 needs a new bed (the one closest to the door has a collapsed box spring so your back makes an uncomfortable U while you sleep. The bed closer to the windows was perfectly fine. Unfortunately that was not known until after a horrible night of sleeping. Someone previously reviewed that the water smelled bad. We didn't notice this at all during our stay. The shower made a horrible squeaking sound during every shower which was annoying for the person in the shower and those in the room. Front desk attendant was nowhere to be found when we arrived at 7p. Doorbell had no response and calling the phone at the desk was a waste of time since they acted like they couldn't hear us. No point leaving a phone number if the phone doesn't work that far away. The pool.... I regret not reading reviews before booking. The pool seems to have been broken for months but they like to claim it's temporary. The green water in the main pool remains and showed up 6+ months ago. If you have kids and want a pool, stay anywhere else. We came here specifically for the pool only to have the kids hopes of swimming crushed. Their convenience section is basically empty if you want to buy any drinks or snacks. Finally, lobby level bathrooms. These have clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. The men's bathroom toilet was clogged. The women's bathroom was completely disgusting. This was surprising considering how clean the actual room was. Overall, the hotel was OK. Price wasn't bad but it was too high for how outdated the hotel has become, especially with a broken pool that may never get fixed. The rooms are clean and if you're lucky, the bed won't be broken in 314 if you decide to visit.

  Most every part of this experience wasn’t bad at all. The most terrible thing, and the whole reason this isn’t 5 stars is simply because the pool was closed and I traveled with my children and even chose to book at a place based on the “has a pool” criteria. Imagine my disappointment after spending double what I could have, and still couldn’t take my kids swimming. Nothing was mentioned on any website about renovations being done!! Not to mention the only way in/out was the elevator? I’d imagine that’s actually a fire hazard but the doors are blocked off so I found that alarming. Breakfast was nice though, and every employee I met was very kind to me and my children.
