As has happened too many times in the past at other hotels, the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance or repair. As opposed to other hotels which don’t openly identify this before you pay, the clerk at Staybridge stopped to inform me and ALSO mentioned that the hotel had an agreement with the Courtyard hotel next door for guest guests to use their facilities! Later, when I went to use the amenity, when it was taking too long to notify the front desk at Courtyard by phone, a clerk walked me over personally! The room was great and very comfortable. Overall very pet friendly, and without extra cost! A spaghetti and meatball dinner was provided with garlic bread and dessert! Also free drinks. Another rare but very welcome fact was that the coffee was delicious! The breakfast buffet was top notch with lots of fresh and good fruit, ham and eggs, numerous bread and pastry choices, waffles with all the fixings, etc. I really thought the cook staff went out of their way to provide every additional option for every taste or preference. Thanks to the staff and management for an excellent nights stay!

I made it a point to stay at this particular hotel because of the amazing social events in the evening and the breakfast was top notch. It was apparent to me on this stay that there was a major change. The breakfast is the same old fake eggs that other hotel chains use and has been severely downgraded. The eggs use to be real and even fresh bacon. Cocktail hour is also gone. You guys had a gem in the manager that left, It’s too bad. The rooms are nice but I’ll be staying somewhere else in the future.
