  I stay in a lot of hotels all over the country and without hesitation this is the best. From the big, fluffy towels at the pool, to the coffee and Wednesday pizza night. But especially the exceptional and friendly (genuinely so) staff, I look for reasons to come to Missoula just to stay here. Have also recommended it to family!

  A kind, professional employee named Guy, at the main entrance service desk, checked us into room 302, King bed efficiency suite. It is a great room on the 3rd floor. Clean, Spacious, Comfortable. Has a regular kitchen, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher machine just like home. Has a window view of the freeway and hotel parking lot, but we weren't bothered by freeway noise because the air conditioner under the window being on smoothly covered any background noise. Air conditioner was easily controlled by a wall thermostat like at a house, instead of using buttons on the ac itself. The bed is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The entire stay has been great. Great customer service, kind employees, a clean spacious room. Great location. Danica at the service desk at 2:30am helped us check out of our room cause we were heading out early to make time on our driving schedule. She is very on top of things (she's prompt, punctual, timely, kind, professional). We are so happy with her service. She thankfully had the dry goods already prepped for the 6am breakfast, and we were able to take a couple muffins and bagels for our trip back on the road. She even quickly went to get a couple cream cheese for me for the bagels, cause those being cold items and 4 hours before breakfast weren't out yet. She was also able to give me the needed receipt for the room before we left. I always get a receipt from places. Thank you Homewood Suites of Missoula Montana for an enjoyable stay and great service.

  This was a beautiful hotel with such kind staff. I used the app to book two adjoined rooms and we had a seamless check in and check out. Im an executive director of housekeeping for a different Hilton brand/property so when I say this place is immaculately clean it holds some weight. I've never stayed in a hotel quite this clean. I spoke with two staff members and was greeted by others with big smiles and friendly professional vibes. One was a Houseman and one was the director of Housekeeping and I couldn't express enough how good of a job they (and their teams) were doing. Breakfast was neat and different as they offer a breakfast taco bar. I appreciated the individually wrapped gluten free offerings. The location was on a busy roadway packed with hotels and food options but we didn't hear any interstate or road noise. There is a nice patio and dog yard that opens to the creek running through the back of the property. Absolutely beautiful all around and I can't wait for our next stay.

  I can Honestly say, this was the BEST hotel stay I have ever had! Super friendly staff, Perfect room so clean, great breakfast, pool and hot tub were crystal clear and super clean. I couldn’t say enough good things about how we were treated and how great the facility was inside and out. Really private and quiet room 301 was incredible. Any requests we had were welcomed with a smile and everything really and truly was a 10 out of 10!!

  Worst part of the hotel is the fact its off the freeway and desk refused to move me because of the noise from the freeway. The next part is the desk staff, especially the afternoon one with the beard, being rude to the guests, pretty much just playing on his laptop the entire time, looks more interested in whatever is on that over doing his job. Very snippy and rude to his coworkers, and looks like he just rolled out of bed. The MOD - I think his name is Austin - seems like he's just being artificial to guests and not authentically welcoming. He seems like the kind of person to act warm and then do a 180 about guests behind their back. I wouldn't want to work for that kind of person!! The room itself was excellent, the housekeeping crew is awesome - give that housekeeper manager a raise, whoever it is has some good crew working!!!! Lastly, breakfast could be better. Feels like I am eating plastic. The desk lady is very kind and sweet. She was the best part of the experience. Genuinely a warm soul. More people should be like her. Maybe the manager and whoever the one with a beard is that plays on a laptop all the time could learn a lesson or three from her hospitality skillset.
