- RGRobin GriggsDec 15, 20255.0I cannot say enough about this hotel and their staff. I was recently in town for a family emergency. The hotel staff was kind, caring and compassionate. I used their shuttle service with Robert to come from the airport during a snow event. I was greeted by Ash upon check in. Let me tell you Ash is wonderful. She later was able to shuttle me a couple of places in the snow. She didn't hesitate to say yes, when I asked her to take me and pick me up. I had to extend my stay by two days. Ash was able to extend the stay, keeping us in the same room. I was there when the winds hit the city and knocked out power for a couple of hours. The staff was wonderful taking care of the guests. When in Missoula our family usually stays in an Airbnb for private bedrooms or extra bathrooms. That being said when I travel to Missoula without my extended family, I will definitely choose this property again.

This morning, we specifically requested our room to be cleaned — both directly to housekeeping and again at the front desk — yet when we returned after a full day out, the room was exactly as we left it. No cleaning at all. After spending all day exploring, coming back to an uncleaned room is beyond frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a hotel under the Holiday Inn name. Traveling shouldn’t mean having to beg for basic service. I want to thank the night front desk staff for trying their best to help, but the damage was done. The hotel is clean and has a nice location, but this level of service failure completely ruined the experience. Definitely not what you expect from Holiday Inn.
