This morning, we specifically requested our room to be cleaned — both directly to housekeeping and again at the front desk — yet when we returned after a full day out, the room was exactly as we left it. No cleaning at all. After spending all day exploring, coming back to an uncleaned room is beyond frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a hotel under the Holiday Inn name. Traveling shouldn’t mean having to beg for basic service. I want to thank the night front desk staff for trying their best to help, but the damage was done. The hotel is clean and has a nice location, but this level of service failure completely ruined the experience. Definitely not what you expect from Holiday Inn.

There was a problem with my first room and the front desk was fast to get me another room. I have a service animal and couldn’t be on the no pets floor, which I understand, but I have a service animal. Jeff in the restaurant for breakfast service went above and beyond. Greeted everyone warmly, offered made to order eggs (which he went and made himself), walked about to refill coffee and was very engaging.
