The beds were rock hard and the hallways were freezing cold. Told the lady at check out how disappointed I was in the stay and didn’t seem to even care. Also said the beds are brand new. Also the breakfast foods were cold and empty!!! Will not be staying here again. Only thing good was the room was clean. Beware!!

It has happened to me numerous times even though the contract with Priceline says they have to give us the same rooms they would their walk-in customers. This is a great hotel. I just hated taking a shower with all those pipes and pathetic water pressure.
