- LHLeon HelstadDec 22, 20252.0Stayed one night to celebrate my wife's birthday as it was close to our favorite eating place. I realize they are renovating but said it was on 5+ 6 floors. At 8.30 am it sounded like some loud buzz saw next door and continued till we left. The hall way stunk so bad the guest walking down the hall had his shirt pulled up over his nose. The room was clean and did not smell. Two dollar price tag on cheap water bottles and they charge you seven dollars to park while staying in the motel. Unheard of in my book. I have stayed in other Garden inns and they were nice. Pass this one by. I am being generous giving it two stars.

Everyone was great, and a special shoutout to Will at the front desk for going above and beyond to make us feel at home, and Pam at the breakfast bar for making sure our mornings started off right. Truly grateful for the warmth and care we experienced.

Also had some late shipments come in, and Stewart went out of his way to make sure we got all our stuff. The service we received alone, has me sold on this being the only hotel we'll use going forward when we come into town for work!

After paying $150 fir a room, we deserve WAY better than a buffet style breakfast with Luke warm eggs, and cold bacon & hash browns for $16. Absolutely ridiculous. Skip this loser of a meal and hit the nearby IHOP for much better food and value. C'mon Hilton! You gotta step it up at this property in Missoula! 👎👎👎
