- CSCameron StokesMar 22, 20252.0NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS. Room wouldn't get below 80 unless we left balcony door open. Balcony looked out over a Burger King parking lot. WiFi spotty, on 2 mins off 1. No lobby, no view, no elevator to get to our floor with big luggage. IDK where the lovely website photos came from. Room was clean, beds were fine. Good free cookie. Basically a Motel 6 experience. Had planned to stay here a week, left after first night. Staff apologized but offered no resolution.

About $400 per night room, no drink bar, no small refrigerator, even no two free bottle of water that every hotel does. Our room on the 3rd floors, has engine vibration noise at night. They put some machines on the roof I guess. The room A/C with low fan still very loud noise, hard to fall asleep. Called front desk, they said others complained wifi as well, but no action yet. Only leave a general manager names Daniel’s email. The hotel inside looks like a motel, cheap wood decoration.

I’ll never forget the waiter that asked me how I wanted my buffalo wings cooked as I answered not raw. They also have heated pool that was steaming. Someone lmk if I’ll get boiled alive if I get in there.
