Very friendly and informative professionals at the front desk. Rooms were impeccable. Beds were beyond comfortable. Breakfast was great. I’d give this hotel 10 stars if I could! Best hotel in Missoula.

But, no plastic silver to eat in room, batteries in tv remote were dead & could not get tv to go off, only 3 Kleenex left in the box (so we had to use TP), very dark in room even with all lights on; and later October & only a sheet & another thin sheetlike thing on top (no blankets in the room, even tho 30s at night weather). We will stay in another hotel in Missoula on our way next time.
