our stay here was nothing less than horrible. we only came back because our previous stay was clean, welcoming, the staff was pleasant and the manager Brenna I believe was her name was so accomadating. She worked many many hours during our stay as we saw her at the desk, office, cleaning rooms, cleaning carpets and even doing some fixing of things. I didnt see anything of the sort during our stay. The maintenance employee was all over the place but didnt fix any requested issues during the stay. The housekeepers walked around and smoked more than cleaning rooms and I dont know if they even have a manager that pays attention anymore. They need the old one to return and this place might stand a chance!!!! Dirty bedding and towels, bugs in window sills and trash all over the sidewalks and overflowing the cans, half fixed sink vanity and towel hangers. Just simply gross, carpets smelled of urine and look like they were just dumped on with who knows what. We will not be spending our money here on a return trip as previously planned and our company will be seeking a different hotel!

Filthy and run down. My family was stuck at this motel during a busy tournament weekend. I asked for another room since this one was so dirty. They sent the housekeeper back while we were in the room. Lol. Didn't help much. I gave up and bought some wipes which turn up brown when I wiped down surfaces.

Frontdesk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and welcoming but old and in need of some TLC.
Poor communication and customer service :(
I called Thursday to cancel my Friday stay because I wasn’t feeling great so I was cancelling my trip.
The lady at the front desk said it was fine and canceled.
Friday, I ended up receiving a text verification that my room is ready so I decided to call and make sure it was actually canceled.
After explaining to the front desk again, she tells me to hold while she looks it up—
A minute later The GM gets on, tells me her name and her job title—a little snippy like .. and asks if she can help me..
So.. I explain it all for a 3rd time..
she ends up telling me due to a 24 hour cancellation policy see whether I was sick or not— They would not refund me.. because “her boss would have her butt” . Love when GM’s blame “their boss”.
She did offer me reward points that I could use for another stay, or donate to charity.. 🫠
You’re a boss. You’re in that role for a reason.

Looking at the call log I was two hours after the 24 hour period….
I understand a 24 hour cancellation policy— I understand some companies aren’t considerate won’t override sickness as a reason to break the rule—
(Even though I’m sure They won’t have a problem renting out this room. There’s a huge wrestling tournament in town tonight)
Please train your staff to explain that to customers because if I would have known I was 2 hours after the “24 hour cancellation period” then maybe I would have made other arrangements. Thanks!

traveling through and needed a place to stay that was not super expensive. This hotel was great for that definitely nothing special but far as we needed was some were to sleep that was clean and not to expensive. Breakfast was good.
