    traveling through and needed a place to stay that was not super expensive. This hotel was great for that definitely nothing special but far as we needed was some were to sleep that was clean and not to expensive. Breakfast was good.

    Promised the kids a hotel with a pool. Looked forward to it all day. Pool is broken. No refund. We are stuck in this dive of a hotel. Would not recommend staying here unless you like sketchy outdated hotels. I would not stay here again even if the pool was working like they advertise.

    It was dated, but clean. The people at the front desk were nice. The breakfast was minimal, but enough. They made fresh scrambled eggs. There were biscuits, coffee, waffles, fruit, cereal, and muffins. It was located on a main street and close to a grill that we like to eat at. We were very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed, as that is why we booked this particular hotel. Next time we drive across Montana we've talked about staying in Billings instead of Miles City.

    Cheap room right off the interstate. Room was basic. Killed three flies within the first 5 minutes and found a few small moths on the bed. Clean bathroom but there were stains on one of the bed sheets. Bottom line, this place is dated. Low expectations you'll be fine. EDIT: After reaching out to the mgmt, they did the right thing for us. They gave us a free stay at any BW property. The manager that I spoke with was kind and very understanding. Proves that if you're polite and communicate things usually will work out for all.

    Outside is dated,but the staff is friendly and they actually serve a decent breakfast. This place beat all my expectations.
