Was on a business trip and this hotel is in a nice location. There's also a McDonald's right at the entrance. The staff members so kind and generous. Breakfast was good not to shabby. Also about like a 10min walk to Walmart

Manager a great guy, will bend over backwards. Clean rooms. Generally quiet. This trip a little annoying, neighbors arrived at 1030pm, proceed to smoke some pot, which wafted int our room. Then the guests stayd up laughing and giggling until 2. It was like they were in the same room. Asked the male overnight guy to say something. He walked down the hall, didn't hear anything at that moment, and went back to his desk. NOT impressive!!!

Paid for king suite upgrade on BestWestern app for 26 September. Near railroad, train horns audible. Extremely disappointed. I understand No one's perfect, but come on... Clerk quick at check in, asked for credentials (not sure why) handed key and informed us of breakfast hours. Went to room, opened door and room smelled like backed up plumbing or someone went #2 without airing room out. Started getting details together for review (I do allot of reviews for Google maps) and found cleaners clip board in chair, under desk. Chair was riped on right arm (photo'd). Room well appointed with mini fridge, wet bar, safe, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and toiletries. Hotel information packet loosely under television, no binder? Not a show stopper, just attention to details. I went to address the smell issue and found the clerk out front vaping... asked about any previous leaks or issues that would contribute to smell, they report "no issues". I gave her the clipboard from house cleaning and inquired about water at ck in, she relied yes... behind you on the rack. I said no, bottled water. Are you a rewards member she asked?... in my head I'm like, why ask for my credentials, if you're not even going to bother looking me up in the system at ck in? I said "yes, diamond member" well, I have to ask... shaking my head, she gave me one bottle. Pool and hot tub are indoor, look operational, but hot tub won't cycle bubbles?... no pool towels? On site laundry for the travelers out there, $2 per load, 1hr cycles each wash and dry. Fast food real close (McD and TB) Albertsons accross the street. A few things I really liked, the note pad note form clean team and the cute bear holding remote. (Photo'd) Bestwestern has awesome linens. This location is no different, good job. Shower had great pressure & plenty hot. Breakfast was good, gravy was really nice, biscuits were soft, good job
