- JCJess Costa2 days ago4.0Nice place, the service wasn't top natch. They don't clean rooms unless you ask them, a light bulb started smoking, if we weren't here it might of caught fire, smelt like burnt wiresburning. We told the front desk what happened. Later they called and told us that the light bulb was ready for pickup at the desk for us to replace. 🤷🏼♀️ Other than that everything was good. Yummy breakfast.

It's been 30 days exactly since I checked after staying for 5 nights at this establishment. I have not received a refund for the $300.00 they took in case there was damaged towels etc. During my stay I had to complain in order to receive housekeeping services once! I have continuously emailed this establishment and I have yet to receive a response from anyone. I have now made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and made my attorney aware of how this business doesn't bother to return money they took with a sign that is false information as well!

- VMVictoria MacLeanJan 20, 20265.0Extremely Clean, super nice staff, great breakfast. Nicely upgraded! Coffee with all the yummy cleaners, hot cocoa, water and fresh fruit available all day. Comfortable beds too! Bathroom is super tiny, but functional. Thats the only slight negative. Would definitely stay again. Spent 10 days there and i honestly don't think we'd have found a better hotel. Pool, workout room and laundry made it even nicer.
