From top to bottom, the experience was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered throughout the building was friendly, helpful, and clearly took great pride in their work. The entire hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was amazing—fresh, well-stocked, and served with genuine care. A special shout-out to managers Alishia the general manager and Jake the assistant manager, for running such a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel. Their leadership truly shows in every detail. To top it off, we accidentally left behind a wallet, and it was returned to us completely intact—with all the money and everything inside. That level of honesty and integrity says everything about the kind of people who work here. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be staying again in the future!

- THtw hOct 31, 20251.0We have family in Helena so visit quite often, we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Homeless hanging out back (got to see him urinating as soon as I opened the blinds). Alarm clock went off multiple times even after unplugged and put in the hallway. Manager was absolutely dismal in listening to our complaint of the alarm clock, homeless man and the knock on the door in the early morning hours from housekeeping. Telephone did not work and manager tried to say it was near the alarm clock and did not work when we unplugged malfunctioning alarm clock (the devices were on opposite sides of the bed). IF you want to sleep avoid this hotel at all costs. IF something unfortunate happens that keeps you from actually sleeping (that is clearly the fault of the hotel) do not expect a refund of any sort. Avoid and spend your hard earned money at the other hotels in the area. We will not be back!
- CWCarissa WarehamOct 24, 20251.0We rented a room and asked for a late check out and was told that they do not offer and perks or special things to people that are not members of there loyalty club, so it took us a few extra minutes to get out because my husband is handicapped and in a mobility scooter and things do not happen as fast for us as they did before the accident and the front desk called me and got angry with me and told us we need to leave the premises immediately this hotel definitely does not treat there handicapped customers right
