One of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept on in years. Part of the reason that I choose Hilton brand is because I usually get a really great night's sleep with fantastic pillows and a comfortable bed.
Unfortunately for this location the pillows were about as thick as the sheet, and the bed was was akin to plywood.
I'm very disappointed, I actually am staying my ,2nd night at another property

Great stay. Had a booking issue, then a billing issue. Things happen and the staff dealt with it impeccably and cheerfully. Can’t speak higher for them. Nice clean rooms as well

We were quoted a price when we booked the room. When the receipt was emailed, they had increased the price. This wasn't taxes, it was an increase of the price from what was agreed to. When I received the receipt I called, and staff said I would have call back during the week to discuss with a manager. The price on many websites were listed as half of what they charged us. I had stayed here before through work and the prices were a lot lower then. Also. The hot tub was broken and the pool was really cold. My 5 yr old lasted about 15 minutes before having to get out and take a 20 minute shower to warm up. Not planning to stay here for work or business again. On a positive note, the staff interactions were good. They were all nice.

The counter staff were great. But before I reserved the room I asked if there was a hot tube, I was told yes. I should have the asked if it WORKED. Got there, the room was clean, the bathroom was very clean. Old blood or red ink stain on the blanket. Needed to do some laundry, the dryer sounded like it was going to die and my clothes were kinda dry. Then went to the hot tub and found out that it didn't work and had been broken for about a week. Located was easy to get to, staff was doing the best they could I feel for what they had. But probably look for some other place if your looking for a semi warm pool or a working hot tub. Overall after a 8 hour drive, I just felt I could have done way better at a different inn.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The room was clean, unfortunately the bed pillows felt more like bean bags than pillows. In addition to all the led lights in the room clock, frig, microwave and the night lights the room you couldn't get to sleep 😴
The pool area wasn't very nice. I had to walk to the reception to request towels for the pool area. I was surprised considering all the families staying at the hotel.
I've stayed at several Hampton hotels over the years this location needs a little attention.
