This was the worst experience I have had. Hotel was not transparent with any of there services. Tv was messed up. Was forced to take the room or get no refund even with making the reservation same day of our stay due to there policy that kind you was not explained or displayed on any sort of source. Then was up charged to get our room back even though the reservation was made that hour. Front desk refused to help with said TV. We had to wait in “line“ behind five people to even speak to someone in a supervising position who we’re having the same issues or worse. And they need to work on their communication with new incoming guests, front desk was on there personal phone paying no attention or interacting with incoming guests. Overall not impressed, rooms were clean pillows were limited. I’ll give them that but barely and that’s about it. Very disappointed in this hotel would not recommend to anyone. I do not leave reviews but can not get over the impression this hotel has left on us.

The location was great, close to I-15, the folks at the front desk were awesome! It was not far from downtown, which was nice, and there was parking nearby for larger vehicles.

Heater is a little load at first but the room is beautiful and large, only complaint is there is only a shower instead of a bathtub.

I had a horrible experience at this place. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. First of all, she was on the phone with someone, and I patiently waited for her to finish. When she was done, she didn’t even greet me. She wasn’t helpful at all and was rude to me the entire time.
It’s okay if you can’t help me with the reservation—that’s understandable—but at least be nice about it. What made it worse was that when another person walked in, she was suddenly very nice to them. It made me wonder if it was because I’m not American.
My manager tried to speak with her because she’s the one who booked me she’s trying to talk to the host through my phone to explain the reservation issue, and the host said “Oh my God, I’m trying to talk to my manager right now,’ as if she was annoyed. When we confronted her about being rude that she doesn’t need to be rude, she said we were the ones being rude. My manager wanted to explain our side, but the host only explained her side and then hung up the phone. She didn’t even let my manager talk.
It was just a horrible experience, especially after a long day at work when all you want is a bed. Being nice goes a long way. If you’re working in customer service, you need to be kinder. Be better
