  It took over two hours for check-in on their end because of their computer system. They wouldn’t let us check into a room get ready for dinner or anything. Literally sat there for two hours to get in. No manager on site. It was a horrible experience. I reached out to customer service and they told me to choose a different hotel.

  For the “Premier” hotel in Helena, it was very disappointing. Felt nickel-and-dimed with early check in fee, and late check out fee. Room was clean enough but the bed was uncomfortable, and the adjacent steakhouse gave me a filet that was way overcooked. Not a great experience overall

  The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly when I inquired about their rooms and amenities. We stayed in the family adjoining rooms; they were very nice, and breakfast was amazing with many options, including fresh fruit. The kids’ favorite was the fresh waffles and a pancake machine. The pool was great!

  The hotel has a good location, the room was well-equipped and comfortable and above all clean, the customer service was very good and the staff very friendly, and the food service was also very good
