Stayed at almost exclusively IHG properties, and all have been very good. Last night in the US and we stay here. What a welcoming hotel! Christmas decorations, crazy friendly, super clean, and an unbelievable breakfast selection! Have been here before, and will be back for sure!

Our room thermostat was stuck on 82 degrees when we arrived but that's no ones fault and we were moved to a new room quickly and without fuss. Things go wrong and for me it's how you put it right that counts. Large room with kitchenette that is perfect for a few days. Beware IHG canceling your reward points if you don't use them quickly....very disappointing. All in all a very good hotel.

The front desk is extremely helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The beds and pillows are comfy which is the most important thing when I’m not at home in my own bed.
