Located on a hill overlooking our fair city of Great Falls, the Holiday Inn is a full-service hotel where you can enjoy a Breakfast in comfort, Lunch, and Dinner at our Tony Roma's Restaurant completed in 2024, followed by a night-cap in the Sports Bar and Casino. While in town, some activities that are highly recommended are a stroll on the River Edge Trail along the Missouri River, a visit to the Charles M. Russell Museum, the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, Giant Springs State Park, which has the shortest river in the United States, and drive to the Rainbow Falls to see the reason it was given that name. Another adventure would be to drive out to the First Peoples Buffalo State Park. We are the gateway to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, and two hours from the Canadian border. Among the other amenities you will enjoy in our recently renovated hotel are spacious sleeping rooms, 24-hour Fitness Center, indoor pool and hot tub, guest laundry, and full-service Catering for groups from 10 to 250 attendees, and friendly hotel staff with the goal to make your stay enjoyable

According to the dictionary: SCAM: use deception to gain money or possessions from (someone) fraudulently; swindle or defraud.
The gist: we paid (more than enough money) for a service promised by the hotel which they refused to provide, and are refusing to refund us for. Please do not book this hotel if you are relying on the shuttle.
My husband, 10-month-old, and I booked this hotel due to their confirmation of a 3am shuttle to the airport. There were others to choose from but they said they could take us to the airport at 3am.
We were only going to stay there for about 7 hours before the shuttle. Upon checking in we asked to confirm that our shuttle was indeed going to be there at 3am.
They said no, and that the best they can do is 4:30am. They tried to argue that this was enough time to make our flight. We most likely would have missed it as we would have had to install the carseat, load luggage, get to the airport, uninstall the carseart, unload the luggage, get through security, and on the plane in less than 1 hour. We had to arrange for a taxi due to their failure to keep their word.
We requested a refund due to their dishonesty, which they have refused. After reaching out to customer service multiple times over the course of about 3 weeks and being told that the hotel would get back to us (which they never did), they finally confirmed that they refuse to issue a refund. According to them, this is due to us refusing the shuttle they offered. Yes, the very same shuttle that would have made us late for our flight. Imagine if we hadn't asked to confirm at check-in. Our family would have been waiting for the promised shuttle in the lobby at 2:45am. They should be ashamed of themselves. We were effectively swindled out of our money, as they did not provide the service which we paid for. It is quite pathetic that they don't want to make this right.
Also, the shower was disgusting.

My wife and I booked this quite overpriced hotel for the sole reason that they offered us a 3am shuttle to the airport.
(We even called in advance to confirm this, as requested.)
Only on arrival were we told that this was a lie and the only shuttle they could offer would make us miss our flight home. Leaving myself, my wife and our 10 month old son stranded, 1500 miles from home.
To date, the hotel management refuses to make this right or even accept fault and so we are left feeling scammed out of our money and frustrated...
Including the Taxi we desperately booked at the last minute we paid over $250 to be in this grimy hotel for a grand total of 6 hours.
Don't book this hotel if you're relying on the airport shuttle (or clean sheets) they WILL let you down.
