Located on a hill overlooking our fair city of Great Falls, the Holiday Inn is a full-service hotel where you can enjoy a Breakfast in comfort, Lunch, and Dinner at our Tony Roma's Restaurant completed in 2024, followed by a night-cap in the Sports Bar and Casino. While in town, some activities that are highly recommended are a stroll on the River Edge Trail along the Missouri River, a visit to the Charles M. Russell Museum, the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, Giant Springs State Park, which has the shortest river in the United States, and drive to the Rainbow Falls to see the reason it was given that name. Another adventure would be to drive out to the First Peoples Buffalo State Park. We are the gateway to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, and two hours from the Canadian border. Among the other amenities you will enjoy in our recently renovated hotel are spacious sleeping rooms, 24-hour Fitness Center, indoor pool and hot tub, guest laundry, and full-service Catering for groups from 10 to 250 attendees, and friendly hotel staff with the goal to make your stay enjoyable

My husband and I were here in November 2025 for one night. We loved that there was a bar/restaurant right in the hotel. We especially liked the help at the desk when we were checking in. I believe the girl behind the desk was new, Melissa. There was a young man , Frank, who was helping her (and us) getting checked in and figuring out our IHG rewards. He was a lot of help, and come to find out, he was already done with his shift, and punched out on the time clock. He was super friendly and kind. We were so impressed with the care they both showed in doing their jobs. Bravo! Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Check in was a little awkward - we were left standing and waiting for an attendant for a while, same with at the restaurant. There is a beautiful big atrium but the water feature has cobwebs on the taxidermy 🫣 There was hair in the bottom and the walls of our shower (not from us). They have improved the rooms a bit but lack of attention to detail is obvious (drop zone frame is not square, paint is a bit rough in some spots). Paid extra for a "pool view" but they placed us on the second floor right next to construction, when the hotel was not busy at all.
The picture of the pool online are definitely up played a bit, especially since they're doing renos (water slide is not there).
Food from the restaurant for supper was pretty bland. Service was just ok. No one smiled at all, seemed a bit unprofessional at times.
The room was quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable though.
Breakfast was better then dinner. Waiter was more friendly. 😊
This place has the potential to impress, I'm hoping it will improve once renos are completed.

The hotel itself has a terrible design. The whole lobby area echoes up and into all the rooms. You can hear everything, which made for a very loud experience.
Pool area was sad. Hot tub looked gross.
I will not stay here again.
