Located on a hill overlooking our fair city of Great Falls, the Holiday Inn is a full-service hotel where you can enjoy a Breakfast in comfort, Lunch, and Dinner at our Tony Roma's Restaurant completed in 2024, followed by a night-cap in the Sports Bar and Casino. While in town, some activities that are highly recommended are a stroll on the River Edge Trail along the Missouri River, a visit to the Charles M. Russell Museum, the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, Giant Springs State Park, which has the shortest river in the United States, and drive to the Rainbow Falls to see the reason it was given that name. Another adventure would be to drive out to the First Peoples Buffalo State Park. We are the gateway to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, and two hours from the Canadian border. Among the other amenities you will enjoy in our recently renovated hotel are spacious sleeping rooms, 24-hour Fitness Center, indoor pool and hot tub, guest laundry, and full-service Catering for groups from 10 to 250 attendees, and friendly hotel staff with the goal to make your stay enjoyable

Horrible experience! !!!! The manager is incredibly rude and obviously doesn't want to work with his paying customers. Not helpful at all!!!!!!!! The girl at the counter kept telling us how busy they were and that she only got to eat one chicken nugget for lunch and was too busy worring about what was being said with the other check in. Maybe she could have helped us more to figure out what our problem was instead of telling us how much she hated the snow and wanting to go back home. Will tell everyone i know stay away from the Holiday Inn in Great Falls!

Racist!
A paying customer who has stayed and payed since Wednesday, March 11th until day was kicked out, cops called on and talked to with absolute disrespect when management and staff failed to communicate with one another about an extended stay due to basketball tournament in town! This place is absolutely disgusting for treating a paying customer this way! The police came, for what? For transpassing when the customer had paid and charged for the room and your employees dialed to communicate with one another? Management would even answer the phone when I called to speak to them. This place DOES NOT LIKE CUSTOMERS OF COLOR!!! Take your money elsewhere! The GM, GORGE JOHNSON was absolutely horrible to my husband! Trust and believe that this interaction and experience will be handled! We will NOT ALLOW THESE BEHAVIOR TO OCCUR TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. RACISM IS NOT ALLOWED IN MONTANA!

POLICE REPORT ARE AVAILABLE but absolutely no arrests was made so you're accusations are absolutely invalid! What a great way to respond from a business! This matter will be heard! We will make sure your business & GM will held accountable! Also, I'm pretty sure there should be some cameras and footage of rhe incident that will be requested and review for further investigation. WE WOULDN'T EXPECT ANY OTHER UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE FROM YOU, GORGE JOHNSON!
Ps, police report is not available, since I never received a call back from Great Falls police department as of 330pm on March 14th,2026!!
WARNING FOR ANYONE OF COLOR TO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

They had the police show up, escort a paying customer to remove their belongings out of a room he stayed in as of Wednesday, March 11th! This is beyond disgusting to treat customers this way! Your GM handled the miscommunication between your own employees and has taken his anger out on a customer! For what, to feel like he has power? To think that a customer who paid with receipts gets treated this way since they they aren't Caucasian? This place DOES NOT LIKE CUSTOMERS OF COLOR!!! Take your money elsewhere! We will be taking this matter farther than a Google review. Trust this incident will not be swept under the rug! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

We had a lot of issues for just staying here 1 night. We were charged a pet fee for a service dog for starters, even after we were told it was not being charged. The apparently only ONE staff member there was not helpful at all. We asked multiple times for a baby bed and never received one. Asked for extra blanket/pillow, was told no. Check out was at 11, had the front desk people entering the room before 11 asking if we were checking out or extending our stay. Absolutely AWFUL experience. And as a reward member, I was incredibly disappointed. Would not recommend this place.
