It's the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. The walls are actually made of extra porous Styrofoam. At first I gave this a pass because there was a school bus staying the night; kids are loud. But in the morning when they were gone you could still hear literally everything. Every door knock. Every conversation. Every inch the housekeeping carts move. All of this might as well be in your room. Also, I booked a king and the front desk confidently gave me a queen. I didn't think much of this at first and really don't care, but when the stay was already so unpleasant, I found the need to nit pick a little more. The rooms are dated anyway, but a decent size, and I appreciate the googly eyes on the towel + mints since few hotels so this anymore. The heat was set to 78 when we got there and as locals (to MT anyway) that was just disgusting. We had to run the AC all night to not melt to death in our sleep. Overall, I'd never stay here again simply because I value peace and quiet too much. If you only sleep from 0100-0500 you might have a better experience.

This is a motel. Very old and noisy. Thin walls and ceilings. A nice breakfast was the only thing good in my opinion.I would not stay here again.

I would not stay here again despite the outstanding service. The use of Febreze in the room made it very distressing and literally made me sick and nauseous. I stayed 3 nights and it was still overwhelming the 4th morning. It cannot be healthy. Whatever there trying to cover with chemical would cause me to pause. The most miserable stay I have had in 25 years of traveling and 100s of nights a year. That being said, the service and helpfullness of the staff was superb. It is an enigma!

I have stayed at your hotel 2 times in the past year on my way from Chinook, MT to Eagle Mountain, UT. My husband and I travel this road several times during the year, but we do not always stay overnight, depending on the time of year and the daylight hours. Last year I made a reservation for a room with a King size bed. When we arrived and I checked in, I was told that someone else with my name (yeah, what are the chances), checked in earlier and they gave my room to that person, and I now had a room with 2 queen beds. That was not what I reserved, but I accepted it and paid for it, vowing that I would not stay there again if people who work there are that dumb. Maybe address, etc. (when checking the ID and having to sign the paperwork) were checked, it may have helped. However, because of circumstances, my husband and I stayed there again on October 4th, 2025. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds (on purpose as we had someone else with us). The room was extremely hot and the wall unit did not work and neither did the control on the wall. It was one of the most uncomfortable nights we have had in a very long time, not to mention that the beds were horrible. I never complained about my room last year, but since we have had bad stays twice now, I would have asked the management for either a partial or full refund for my room. It was definitely NOT worth the $200+ that I paid. I did discover that there are 2 other hotels in Dillon, and in the future I will be staying at one of these. I am a Rewards member of Best Western, but I would not recommend your hotel to anyone. The breakfast, however, was very good.
