- SOSerena OvercastMar 27, 20261.0The price of the room for the quality of the room is obscene. The room, while it seemed clean on the surface, had dirt and grime everywhere. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were a joke. They were lumpy and balled up as though they hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. The pool chemicals were way out of balance, the whole pool house smelled like cat urine due to the chemical imbalance. The internet would not even load a simple Google page. All in all, I expected way better accommodations for $240 a night (we stayed 2 nights for a total of $480) for standard double queen room. We will not recommend or be staying again.

One star lost due to fact it is a noisy hotel and you can hear everyone walking to rooms, their conversations, and room could use a couple touch ups- toilet ran consistently the entire stay

The room was grimey and the bed uncomfortable. The shower head was calcified so it sprayed everywhere except on me. Worst Best Western I have stayed in. It should not have the name. Edit* I guess if you dont have record of me staying there you can refund my credit card. What a bullshit reply lol. Lots of other people complaining about the same thing. Worse than 1 star.

Housekeeping leaves nice and thoughtful little touches throughout the room, like mints, makeup wipes and they do a good job. We will stay here again when in or passing through the area
