- JBjenny beersNov 2, 20252.0I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. He recently stayed 2 nights in room 224. He was having issues with the toilet draining constantly and never staying filled up. He told the lady at the front desk and she told him that it sticks and he had to open the tank and push down on the red thing. He said he would be OK doing that for the night, since he wasn't going to be in there much anyway. They didn't send anyone to fix it, so the 2nd night, he had to do it again, EVERY SINGLE TIME HE FLUSHED! It just constantly drained and ran nonstop. He also found long hairs in and on the tub! (Zoom in on the pics. )They weren't his, he is bald! When he was checking out, the lady told him that she would let maintenance and the housekeeping know. Not helpful or accommodating at all. He also tried to sit in the hot tub because he didnt know if the tub was even cleaned from the last people, and there was so much chlorine in there that his eyes were burning within the first 5 minutes. Overall his experience was not great. The only good thing about it was the location.
