- JBjenny beersNov 2, 20252.0I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. He recently stayed 2 nights in room 224. He was having issues with the toilet draining constantly and never staying filled up. He told the lady at the front desk and she told him that it sticks and he had to open the tank and push down on the red thing. He said he would be OK doing that for the night, since he wasn't going to be in there much anyway. They didn't send anyone to fix it, so the 2nd night, he had to do it again, EVERY SINGLE TIME HE FLUSHED! It just constantly drained and ran nonstop. He also found long hairs in and on the tub! (Zoom in on the pics. )They weren't his, he is bald! When he was checking out, the lady told him that she would let maintenance and the housekeeping know. Not helpful or accommodating at all. He also tried to sit in the hot tub because he didnt know if the tub was even cleaned from the last people, and there was so much chlorine in there that his eyes were burning within the first 5 minutes. Overall his experience was not great. The only good thing about it was the location.

- BSBrent StrongSep 17, 20254.0Looking at the area this hotel had the best reviews. I called and the lady was very professional and assisted with reservations. When we arrived we met both the employees and they were very nice and professional. Our first impression was great the hotel is very clean. Pool area and spa very clean as well as the rooms. Only issues we had were minor. Sofa bed was broke uncomfortable, only one dryer in laundry area and it doesn’t work that well. And the other is out of order. Two washers worked good. They should update to some outlets to charge your phone with both types of usb chargers. Breakfast area was excellent and this location is in a great location off the highway. Last thing they have a contract with Dove so all soaps are that brand. My wife is allergic and they don’t offer any other option so if your allergic to that brand of body soap and shampoo pack your own or there is a Walgreens in walking distance.
