No one answers phone at night. Apparently there's no one on duty late at night. Would have liked to stay here as it was our go to stop when it was Comfort Inn. Reviews sound like service has gone downhill now .... and I can't get anyone on the phone at 12am.

Been under construction for six years, I stayed there six years ago, and I stayed there the other night and it looked exactly the same

It was not a pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn, Butte. Everything in the hotel looks and feels old. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, he was surprised. Apparently, I am the first person to say this hotel is dated. But they are doing a massive renovation anyway!
The bedsheets and blankets had stains, and the bed was neither clean nor comfortable. The bathroom has no towel hanger! For some reason, the AC stopped working and I had to wake up a few times. The breakfast was very basic. If you get the room along the highway, you might hear big trucks all night long.

Under construction. Our room drains didn't work. Very nice staff and location. Some road noises and our room fan wasn't working properly. Breakfast was good

I left the hotel and several hours away I got a phone call that I had left my glasses. The receptionist offered to fed-ex them after I sent her a prepaid shipping label. What a great service and fabulous receptionist!!!
