Best shower head and pressure ever! Rooms with tons of cool lighting and updated electronics. Finally, the breakfast was so well prepared and presented. I will stay here again.

The rooms and common areas are clean, the check in is easy with kind staff, the pool is open late/early, and the complimentary breakfast bar is incredible. What makes our stay so memorable each time is the woman in the breakfast room (I think her name tag said Mary Ann? Idk though). She is so kind, asks about how our kids did in their sports, and keeps the room so clean and the food well stocked. She makes the Butte Best Western Plus inviting, enjoyable and personal. We will be back many times!
- JCJoaquin CalderonDec 14, 20252.0I’ve stayed at this hotel many times when traveling to Butte for work, but this last experience was by far the worst. On multiple stays, I’ve noticed that the bathrooms are often dirty. I never complained about this before, but the most recent issue pushed me to finally speak up. My work credit card, which was on file for my room, was charged for a dessert at the restaurant attached to the hotel—something I never ordered nor did I know what the heck it was and they left a tip too when tips on my card are against my companies policy. I was told that anyone can simply give a room number and charge it to that room without showing an ID, which is extremely concerning. When I disputed the charge, the staff claimed I had signed for it and that they had a receipt. I asked to see the signature and also requested security footage showing me ordering the dessert and charging it to my room. It has now been about three weeks, and I still have not been provided with any proof or follow-up. There was no apology, and I had to push repeatedly just to get the charge refunded to my work card. For a hotel I’ve stayed at regularly, this level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
