  We chose this hotel primarily for the breakfast, and in that regard, it did not disappoint. There was a wide variety of options, including plenty of healthy choices, which was exactly what we needed before our busy days. The location was also very convenient, with Target and Costco within walking distance and many other stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed for 12 days and understand that daily housekeeping isn’t always necessary. After three nights, we requested our first cleaning, which was done very well. However, our experience after that was frustrating. On the seventh day, we requested another cleaning, but no one came. After speaking with the front desk, they said they would notify housekeeping, yet the room was still not serviced the next day. By this point, our trash had piled up, and I had to request bags to take it out myself. After three consecutive days of requesting service, housekeeping finally came, but only partially cleaned the room. The trash was removed, the bed was made, and a stack of towels was left on the bathroom counter, with no further cleaning done. This was disappointing and stressful, as we had to repeatedly follow up just to receive a basic service. While the breakfast and location were great, the inconsistency in housekeeping significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

  As a early riser and spouse who is not, the fact that the bathroom light and fan were one switch was slightly annoying. The fan was extremely noisy and could not be turned off unless the light was off. Otherwise everything was wonderful, clean and fresh and the staff was gracious.

  Excellent location - just minutes to downtown and Bridger Bowl. I got a lot of extra help from the front desk staff / shout out to Elle. I got hung up flying into Bozeman, she was able to help me cancel and get a full refund from my third party booking company and rebook me - saving me almost $300!! Great breakfast- solid clean property
