But today I was treated with extreme rudeness by the hotel manager, a younger woman who found me sitting at one of the hotel chairs and to whom I explained I had been watching games at the bar for a few hours. She called me a “loiterer” and told me I “don’t belong” despite my explanation that I was taking a break from the restaurant to catch the score on a tv that had a game I was interested in. Very unprofessional and needlessly disrespectful work by her. She handled it poorly

It was delivered to the wrong room, remained missing for an extended period, and was only returned to me minutes before an international flight — visibly stained and damaged beyond wear. I had no time to resolve the issue in person, as my departure was already underway when the item was handed to me by another crew member, who had received it mistakenly. What followed was equally disappointing: My follow-up inquiries were delayed or ignored, Staff avoided calls when I attempted to track down the item, Management delayed addressing the issue until the last possible moment, And ultimately, the hotel refused to take responsibility for the damage caused. The garment had remained in the hotel’s care for the duration of this process, and yet both the hotel and the cleaning service now deny liability — citing uncertainty about "what may have happened after it left their hands" despite the fact that it had already been delivered to the wrong guest due to internal error. So unacceptable and unprofessional....
