  This hotel is not too far from the Metra, but I offer a warning if you are a school or parent looking for a place to stay for a tournament. This hotel is older and does not have the capacity to provide enough hot water when there are teams of student athletes staying. We had a four night stay during State Wrestling and had cold showers. After the second night of cold showers, we tried to cancel our final night stay (we knew we would have to stay the third night), but were told we still had to pay for the canceled night, even with 24 hour notice and the fact we didn't have hot water for our kids to take a proper shower after wrestling. That didn't seem right. Our kids are tough and a cold shower isn't the worst, but when you do sports all day, you need to have a decent shower. This is a facility issue, not a staffing issue. The staff working there were professional and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. No complaints about the staff or service, they get the stars. Breakfast staff especially, good job getting all the teams fed and on their way. Housekeeping tidied the rooms and brought fresh towels when requested and the front desk staff was friendly and respectful, even when dealing with people unhappy about the cold showers.

  My husband & I stayed for two nights. We arrived in the evening and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I felt like I knew her that's how welcoming she was. Our room was clean and well stocked. LOVED the temp control on the wall. (very nice feature) In the morning we were greeted by a gentleman in the breakfast area. He was attentive to all the things necessary to keep the breakfast area clean and filled up. The cleaning lady knocked on second day and asked if we wanted clean towels or any more supplies. (this usually does not happen in other hotels). When it was time to check out, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

  I was not feeling confident when I turned the corner and had to put my truck into four wheel drive just to make it down the street. It looked less like a road and more like something the city forgot to apologize for. Then I walked inside. The lobby was actually very nice. Calm. Clean. Confusingly so. The young woman at the front desk smiled, talked with me like a real person, and upgraded me to a suite. I did not feel like an inconvenience, which already put this place ahead of most hotels. The hotel was immaculate. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was solid. Real bacon. Not the thin transparent stuff that feels like it came from a 3D printer. The next morning was the same vibe. Smiling staff. Cheerful energy. No one looked like they were counting minutes until escape. I had a great conversation with Mike about motorcycles. Then I left knowing that when I am in Billings again, I will stay here again. Zero complaints.

  Booked a standerd double queen for 2 nights.the Room clean, comfortable, quite. was a comfortable size of room. Not a lot of extra room but was perfect for our needs. Very happy with how quite the room was! Pool was nice. Humidity in the pool was kept well under control :) Breakfast was yummy with a small hot section. Staff was helpful and friendly I know what hotel I'll be staying with the next time I'm in the area. Hope to be back soon.
