  I’ve stayed in hotels across the country, normally Hiltons. We decided to stay here because we were traveling with a baby and they seemed to be one of the cleaner options that also had hard flooring instead of carpets. The first time for just 2 nights and the second stay was 4 nights. I’m a huge germaphobe as well as a housekeeper for Airbnbs and vacation rentals so cleanliness is important. I enjoy staying in more modern and minimalist hotels. This hotel felt brand new. The minimalist and modern feel combined with the hard flooring made it feel even cleaner. Like I stated, I am a germaphobe. Most hotel housekeepers have to rush through the rooms but it did not feel like the case with this hotel. It was exceptionally clean. The housekeepers go above and beyond. The young woman and gentleman that were on shift each day during our stay were incredibly helpful and some of the nicest housekeepers I’ve met! They were sooo friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and we had a quiet stay. You can’t beat the price! The receptionist were also soo friendly and helpful. We were met with smiles and friendliness every time we went into the lobby whether it was the receptionist or the ladies cleaning up breakfast. Several employees even held the door open for me as I had my hands full with a Labrador and baby. I truly have never experienced a more friendly stay! Whoever is managing this location has done an incredible job at running this hotel and hiring amazing staff. We will stay at this hotel every time we are in Billings! If you want a newer, modern, friendly and clean hotel, this is the place!

  To start, Violet and Jacqueline were awesome. Violet in being cool, lending me a bucket, and pointing me the right way. Then Jacqueline in being cool, hyping me up, and looking at all the pictures I took lol. They helped make this work trip and experience so good, so thank you both so much. I did get one nice agate, but I think the show stealers were these other pieces. I'm also not gonna say where they were found because that is at the locals discretion! Could not believe that place was real! To review the hotel, it was good. I really appreciated the good dependable breakfasts, and can happily say the apple juice never ran out like it has across so many other hotels I have stayed at. It's the small things. One thing I didn't realize till me second day is that to get the power to work you have to put a hotel key in a slot. I'm sure I was told this but I drove far so I was pretty tired! If you get back to your room late check out Montana's Rib & Chop House. I reccomend the bison chili and was suggested to order sour cream with it on my last day so i didn't get to. Anyways by late in the day that chili is banging.

  Came up from Wyoming for medical , leisure and personal business. Glad we stayed at the Avid because we got good rest on that comfortable bed! Rooms were immaculate. We enjoyed the crystal clear pool and hot tub. The pool was a bit too chilly IMO for today's standards. Most hotels are doing 83 degrees. Theirs is probably about 75-80. Staff was friendly, helpful and took care of us fast when we had a request for an extra pillow and late check out. We liked the 24 hour free coffee. We are not breakfast ppl, so no comment on that. Parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. The walk in shower was a major plus!The entire place was very clean and felt brand new. Excellent value! Great location. Will return for our next visit to Billings Side note: Don't bother eating at the Rib and Chop House next door. It was a major disappointment.
