Taylor and Keegan made sure I had a good drink to wrap up my night and make me feel like I was at home. I had a canceled flight due to the FAA. With all this government shutdown nonsense happening its been rough on many Americans. As they say, its the small things that make a difference. I guess I really can call it a Happy Friday! I would definitely recommend and come back another time

The front desk staff was completely unhelpful when I called the same day to retrieve an item I accidentally left in my room. I was told there was no way to reach housekeeping and no manager on duty at this large property. It took me calling back every day for three days just to finally get my item located. On top of that, I was double charged for my stay, and it should have been a simple refund, but again it required multiple follow-ups before they finally fixed it. For the prices they are charging, you would expect at least basic, competent service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
