  We wanted to try this new IHG property and it came up short. Checking in with my very pregnant daughter and 20 month old granddaughter, we got the keys to the first room and then the phone rang and he didn’t put the call on hold. We had to wait until he completed a reservation to get the keys to the second room. Rooms were fine (why one barstool though for the table?). Comforter was like a sheet. We skipped breakfast as it fell short. The Holiday Inn express across the street has a much better breakfast with pancakes, waffles, fruit, and a variety of milk. My biggest issue is when we checked in, I asked for a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon (which was very carefully measured). When I got up to the room, it was icy cold as they kept it in the refrigerator with the white wine. I didn’t drink the wine and brought it down the next morning to ask for a credit on my bill. The manager, Anna, refused to do so. This is such poor customer service. IHG has much better options in the area. Don’t get fooled because this is the new hotel.

  Brand new hotel, an excellent stay. We were so impressed by the breakfast - we stay in hotels frequently and they had tortillas, fresh salsa , oatmeal that was actually creamy and good, fresh preserves, the coffee was good (from a machine too!). It was such a treat and nice start to our morning. Rooms were clean. Lobby is full of natural light, modern. Alberto drove us to the airport in the shuttle in the AM - he had the car all warm and ready for us and it was great talking with him in the car. Highly recommend

  Walked in tonight after LONG day of travel. I'm exhausted. It's almost 1:00 am. Two people are at the front desk a man named "Loretta" and can't recall his coworker's name. Neither one of them acknowledge me. I stand there for several minutes as they are BOTH helping a gentleman to the left of me. They still don't acknowledge me after a few more minutes, would have been nice if they had at least said we will be with you in a moment or something kind to that effect? The manager should pull the video and they would see the whole thing. it was around 12:45am. I decide to walk out and go to the hotel next door. Such poor customer service. On top of that they said nobody would be able to run the shuttle after 11:00 p.m. because there's only one person at the front desk which is obviously not true as there was two people.

  Absolutely FABULOUS! This is my new favorite place to stay near the airport. The staff are very friendly and super customer service oriented which makes a huge difference for me as I travel a lot for business and customer services always my number one concern. For the great low price you will be amazed at all you get with this place! The king suites are very nice, with a comfy little sofa and table and there's even a little mini kitchenette which has a sink and a microwave and a mini fridge! The fitness room is also phenomenal — fully equipped with hand weight, band, floor mats, balls etc. And I absolutely love the second floor lounge area. There's a little conference room as well as plenty of places to sit plug in your computer get some work done etc. Can't wait till I can stay again!! Best of all they let you keep your car parked there for the duration of your trip if you're flying out of the airport they will shuttle you there :) PERFECT!! Thanks so much Atwell!
