  This was a brand-new gem within close proximity to good Vietnamse food and spectacular hotel service. A special thanks to AGM Aaron and morning staff who got the shuttle warmed up and brought me quickly to the airport. They were so kind and accommodating that I can't wait to return! Exceptional!

  When I got to the hotel the front desk clerk lady was extremely friendly and helpful about finding good Place to eat that was close the bed was amazing and the showers, bathroom and etc looked and smelled clean this is one of the best stays I've had at a hotel while traveling for work Definitely returning!

  I stayed at this hotel a few nights ago for business and this is what I captured: The hotel is close to the airport which provides convenience, they offer complimentary items such as coffee, water, and breakfast. First impressions of the hotel were cleanliness in the lobby area, and it looks and smells fairly new. However, I discovered a few hairs on my bed and in the shower, and was disappointed with the long wait at check in (although I was the only one in line). The front desk agent took a while to come to the desk and seemed unorganized. The other worker didn't have a password to the computer and she apologized for my wait. When I asked about the shuttle she said there was no one available to give me a ride to the airport and try rideshare. Why advertise shuttle service when you won't provide it? Later that night (Sunday, April 19th) while walking around I overheard the same lady, I believe her name tag read Angela, yelling and cursing at an employee in the back about making a complaint about her to corporate and something dealing with a mop. The clerk briefly came out to assist me with a question I had then went right back to berating the employee in proximity to the front desk. I will not return here to Atwell Suites as I cannot patronize a business that doesn't check cleanliness of rooms before assigning them , provide a swift check in process, and verbally attack workers in ear shot of hotel guests. Very unprofessional!

  My family and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament. It's a great hotel! Our room was spotless and spacious. The fold out couch worked perfect. Great bathroom. Comfy beds & pillows. Fresh coffee and soda water in the lobby was a plus. The breakfast was good too. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
