Walked into my room and it's bigger than my appt. Big ol' king size bed. Nice TV. But the shower....OMG!! Awesome pressure w.hothot water. As much as U want. Fridge. Microwave. Good A/C. I didn't want to leave.

At check in they had their usual little container of snacks and beverages that are available to gold and diamond members upon check-in but wasn't offered any. Also wasn't greeted as a diamond member as is their standard policy. Then later on I noted that there was no blow dryer in my room and when I called the front desk was told that they had no extras so I just had to do without. The floor I was put on has its Renovations complete and it is attractive but the service is still lacking.

Its not too horrible. I heard a couple overnight. It wouldn't deter me from staying there. Its our 3rd time there in our travel south
- LLLaurieSep 24, 20253.0Evening desk attendant not in a good mood at all. Not sure if it was just us or if her entire day had been bad. No thanks for being a member, no info on breakfast no directions to elevator, etc. The usual we get every time we check into a hotel. The room was dated, bathroom vanity and room furniture could desperately use some Old English scratch repair but the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner had the rumble of an earth mover engine when the compressor would kick on. So no deep sleep for the night. On the good side of things the lady at the desk this morning couldn't have been nicer. Huge smile, cheery disposition, and we had a good conversation about why the Hampton Inn thinks sugar in the raw is brown sugar. The breakfast area was clean and organized. The young man working was friendly also.
