  Hotel is old and going through renovation but we weren't warned. Not good selection at breakfast. Very disappointing

  It was my first time in Mississippi. The hotel is in such a wonderful location. I came down to visit my loved one in a federal facility and this hotel was literally right down the road from it. Absolutely perfect. I came into the hotel and Ja’De was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. She helped me through everything I needed during my stay and she was the same pleasant person each time I needed help. I appreciate her customer service. The room was wonderful and big. And Walmart is literally right next door. It was definitely a bonus to the hotel’s location. It is also on the perfect street where many fast food places are. The hotel is going through renovations so it may look even better once they are done. I appreciate and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was okay. I do have some heads up to give anyone wanting to stay. There is a very active train track in front of the hotel. I heard trains throughout my entire stay but I do love the train sounds so it did not bother me. The ac/heating system and fridge make a little noise but that was not a bother to me at all. Just thought I would give a heads up. But I will definitely be back to this location when I come back to visit Yazoo City.

  There is definitely room for improvement, site been under an update/remodel. But they never have a complete breakfast menu in accordance with Hilton brand. I stayed there several times and the last six months it’s changed drastically. But the new remodeled rooms are a bit better than the older ones. I see the bathrooms being refreshed and new carpet, furniture and beds. No pictures because it’s not a staff issue it’s an owner issue.

  Went down to Yazoo City to visit an inmate. This place is right down the road. Newly renovated & I don't mean just a front desk. Walked into my room and it's bigger than my appt. Big ol' king size bed. Nice TV. But the shower....OMG!! Awesome pressure w.hothot water. As much as U want. Fridge. Microwave. Good A/C. I didn't want to leave.

  I can understand some inconvenience due to them undergoing renovation but some things just can't be overlooked. At check in they had their usual little container of snacks and beverages that are available to gold and diamond members upon check-in but wasn't offered any. Also wasn't greeted as a diamond member as is their standard policy. Then later on I noted that there was no blow dryer in my room and when I called the front desk was told that they had no extras so I just had to do without. The floor I was put on has its Renovations complete and it is attractive but the service is still lacking.
