  The hotel is beautiful. Advertised as a full service Holiday Inn. Not the case. Breakfast is all that is available. The check-in was miserable. While we were trying to check in after a very long day, the supposed Director of Sales was talking to everyone around us instead of us. The TV in the room was broken. The check out was much better. She was friendly and helpful. Much much more but doubt that management of this property cares. Steer clear of this IHG property many other name brand hotels in the area.

  It will be a motel 6 next week i think Desk chair broke Curtain stained Carpet a disaster Very noisy Very limited parking And very expensive for what you get Stay at the econolodge for a better bang for your buck $

  Overpriced for no more than just a clean hotel. If you are going to pay that much just stay at the casinos who have much more to offer. Ended up staying at BW instead for much less and rooms and staff were very friendly and helpful.
