He had just gotten off the road after a long drive just wanting to relax and get some much needed rest. Only to be met with rude staff questioning the authenticity of a credit card authorization form. Not only was the paperwork correctly filled out but he was also in his work uniform. He was profiled and accused of fraud. Not to mention he was treated this way as a Diamond member!! I couldn’t believe how he was treated!!! This behavior from that staff is unacceptable and unprofessional.. Do not waste your money on this place!!!
