- CGConner GardoNov 15, 20251.0They claim that a queen size bed is a king. If its a king size bed then why do the queen size sheets i brought fit it perfectly. The lady at the front desk can't tell the difference between king and queen size beds or a room with a couch to a room with out a couch. When I asked about why my room has a queen instead of king she claimed they dont have rooms with only one queen bed and looked at me like I'm crazy. Also the rooms are small and have no microwave. The cheap motels nearby at least are bigger and have a microwave in the room. Biggest issue is I dont like being lied too and the gaslighting from the front desk is insane. I took pictures I just don't know how to post them here.

- RFRoxanna FloresOct 29, 20252.0I was shocked to see how this hotel is newer 4 years old and clearly isn't well maintained. The carpets were disgusting and black from stains and God knows what else. The furniture in the lobby clearly hasn't been cleaned. The same trash was sitting outside the elevator for two days. Towels and trash were sitting outside in the hallway near people's rooms all day long. If you are ok with filth, then stay here. I was shocked and will not stay here again. There is nowhere to sit outside which was inconvenient. The hotel honestly felt like it was more geared towards homeless people living in an extended stay.

- JKJesse KSep 21, 20254.0The staff were great, but the room could have been much better. We first noticed what appeared to be a bullet hole in the outer window that cracked the whole window. Secondly, there was gum on the trim on the wall near the TV. Not a good look!
