My biggest issue was the service at check in. I stood there waiting for a while before I realized the desk clerk was half in their office scrolling on her phone. I asked where to park and was given a point towards the restaurant next door. Just could be more helpful, that's all.

At check in, I was asked if it was my first time and I said yes, and then got “welcomed” with zero information. No gym, no pool, no parking, no directions to the elevators. I guess this hotel doesn’t offer anything? How would I know. I’ll stick with the Hilton across the street next time. HVAC noises and vibrations already driving me nuts. At least it smells nice.
