    Hands down an amazing stay. The room was nice, clean and spacious for our family of 5. Quiet stay. Needed front desk to help with the tv and heater but Terri was awesome about it. Free breakfast had so many options. And it tasted good. Will stay here again.

    Using the app was convenient and helpful. I was able to check in the day before and through the app. They informed me via text that the room was ready early today. We were able to chat over texting through the app to let them know that our arrival would be after 10 PM. Terri was responsive and communicative over the chatting feature and reassured us that our room was waiting. She was very welcoming. Talk to us about the amenities and looked into giving us the option to stay an extra hour for me to recover as we're heading for an extensive trip tomorrow. The room was clean, spacious and very well appointed with an awesome kitchenette.

    This was my first time to stay at a Home2 Suites .. and this one was EXCELLENT! From check in to check out the staff was friendly & accommodating. There was plenty of grassy space for my little wienie dog to potty and all areas were well lit & felt safe. The room was clean, comfortable and having the small kitchen area was a plus! Very pleasant stay. An alarm sounded after midnight my last night and through no fault of the staff, it was false. It’s kind of reassuring to know that NO ONE could sleep through that sound! I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting in the Tupelo area!

    I had some communication issues with the desk clerk. I will take a good part of the responsibility because I don’t hear well and sometimes speak to softly. I requested to talk with a manager. Ms. Leslie Bender proceeded to teach a clinic in customer service and hospitality! She listened to me intently and sincerely. Once hearing me out, she was quick to state how “out of the norm” it was for her staff to be criticized. At the same time, she validated my concerns and vowed to take all appropriate measures to ensure her staff was at the top of their game! Her sincerity, courtesy, and professionalism were literally “off the charts!” I have been in the Military for over thirty years, her level of leadership and customer care was at a level even I have rarely encountered! Ms. Bender is a true ambassador for the Hilton Brand! I set up a future stay at this same location due to my trust in her as the leader. I will not soon forget my encounter and interaction with her. Hilton will be wise to compensate her at a level to not lose her! You will most likely never find another manager of her caliber, dedication and sincerity! I could literally write several pages on the examples she exemplified in our brief exchange! Thank you again Ms. Bender! I appreciate you and will not soon forget our encounter.
