The hotel was full, and the staff were incredibly busy, but that didn’t keep them from being so helpful and making our stay as comfortable as possible. One employee in particular was Lacretia, who went above and beyond to make things easier for us. She was extremely helpful and friendly, which made a difficult time easier to deal with. I don’t know the names of the other staff members I interacted with, but their hospitality and sense of humor made me forget why we were there in the first place! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you so much!
- NDN DossFeb 9, 20261.0In a hotel where there is no sense of urgency. Check-in in was an issue and trash bags was not in the trash can. Soap dispenser have full on sink and shower. The let out bed sheets was not clean in the couchand room was not up to standard. I was very disappointed with my stay here and will not be back. No explanation just a tacky sign. You don't know if both sides are out or one. I checked out Saturday. We were in town for a family funeral and this is simply embarrassing

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a nice bar in the lobby area. The bartenders were such fun and make great cocktails. The staff made a very stressful situation so much better! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
