  Very clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Lots of restaurants nearby or within walking distance.

  Edited: The manager did give us a discount after mentioning the problems with the room therefore we gave it a 3rd star! We chose this Best Western in Tupelo based on the strong reviews for the rooms and breakfast, but unfortunately our experience didn’t live up to the expectations. The room has clearly been renovated, but there were noticeable issues. The sink was cracked and missing drain parts, and the bathtub drained very slowly, causing dirty water to back up while showering. We were on the second floor facing the front, and the road noise at night was extremely loud. On top of that, a maintenance/garage worker emptied a dumpster around 4:00 a.m., which made getting a good night’s sleep nearly impossible. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. While the food that was available was hot and there were a few options like yogurt, sausage, and a waffle maker, by 7:30 a.m. many items were already gone — including orange juice — and were not restocked. I will say the staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, between the noise, room issues, and disappointing breakfast experience, we won’t be returning.

  We stayed at this BW and had no issues other than the pool is very cold and we booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool but it wasn't really usable for us. The breakfast is fantastic and Staffed well. When we left the hotel to head to our destination our van started shuddering and 4 hours later we wound up back at the hotel. They gave us a good rate and helped us try to find a local mechanic. I really can't say enough about the service here. It was great. We wound up taking our van across the street to Firestone and they had us up and going the next day right after another delicious breakfast. Five stars, but please please turn up the heat in the pool.

  The entire bathroom smell like urine there's mold growing around all the tile grout lines. The tiles are not attached to the floor so water sleeping underneath it and it's growing mold. The elevator hasn't been fixed in over 3 years still has broken tile still smells nobody wipes stainless steel down the hotel is absolutely disgusting I didn't even eat there because the food was gross and it was a mess the people that maintain the front I guess they've never heard of a work uniform they wear the pajamas to work layer of dust are all over the place. Like they having dusted in over a year all the air conditioners in the rooms have mold in them and they smell the same with the bathroom downstairs you walk in it's a strong smell of urine I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and beware it's not worth it there's a few more hotels down the street.

  Me and my wife stayed here on December 20th for 1 night, Worst Hotel we have ever stayed in !!!! We didn't have any Hot water in our room #420 .we complained and they gave us another room and still no Hot water. We couldn't take a shower because the water was cold only !!!!! Our first time staying in a Best Western and our LAST !!!!!!!
