  Loud guests both nights of my stay. Slamming doors, loud people, kids, and TV’s into the early hours of the morning. Bring some ear plugs. Room was nice although it shows signs of heavy use. Breakfast was below average for holiday inn express. The bacon looks like deli ham and the bread was stale. One washer is broken and it’s $5.50 per load of laundry which is a little steep. Also wreaks of weed in the stairwells.

  I don’t know what to say but wow. I had an issue with my company AMEX and had an issue getting it worked out for my company and a couple of location managers. I got that worked out and they were very nice about it. Breakfast was top notch, very clean and good beds. 10/10 recommend bang for your buck.

  I would rate this hotel a solid 10 overall with no major complaints. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping deserves a 10/10 for excellent service and cleanliness. The night staff supervisor/manager with the that worked the night of 12/3/2025 was very rude, which was disappointing and could definitely use improvement in professionalism and customer service. Breakfast was okay, but it could be much better if the food was cooked correctly and served at the proper temperature. Despite those small issues, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel.

  Courtney is a champion! She took great care of my company. Courtney is indicative of the entire staff. I have stayed at this hotel a total of 114 days this year. I recommend anyone visiting the area stay here.
