I explained multiple times that I am not this person, that this is his old phone number, and that I have no connection to him. I’ve never met him, never been to Mississippi, and have never stayed at a Staybridge hotel. Instead of listening, she insisted the bill was my responsibility simply because my phone number was listed. She became rude, dismissive, and even tried to pressure me into paying for a stay that had absolutely nothing to do with me. The call ended with her sighing aggressively and hanging up on me. I’ve never stayed at a Staybridge Suites, and after this experience, I never will. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

There’s always noise there . DO NOT swim in the pool they don’t have it filtering and you can see oil floating around in it it’s disgusting. Save your money don’t stay here we had to for work!!
