Unbeknownst to us, this was only for a single menu Item. The tickets were valued at $10.50 each, and we had six tickets. After ordering breakfast, Coffee, water, and orange juice, our party was hit with a bill of over $100, including being charged full price on all the refills. This is a significant oversight on the part of IHG and Holiday Inn, as they command a loyal customer base that travels with them exclusively for the consistent experience. Staff acted as if they had no control over what the restaurant could do, and both were hesitant to take any responsibility.

The room looked like it hadn’t been used or properly maintained in a long time: • The floor was sticky, so much that our suitcase wheels left black marks when we rolled it in. • The carpet was in terrible condition; we had to put towels on the floor just to avoid stepping on it. • The shower wouldn’t drain properly and quickly filled up with water. • When we arrived, the air conditioner was off, and later that night it stopped cooling altogether. A hotel under this brand should never have these conditions. I would not recommend it and definitely will not return.
