I had just drove 12 hours from Texas and was turned away from another Holiday Inn right down the road and was offered no help or explanation, if you’re considering a stay in the Jackson/ Pearl area you NEED to stay here, friendly, good area, plus there’s a massive Bass Pro right across the parking lot and who doesn’t like browsing hunting gear and checking out the fish tank, 100/10 thank you again Myisha for being our hero tonight!

We were woken up to the fire alarm, but the cause of it is WHY I am so frustrated. I walked by a couple of employees and over heard them saying an employee that returned was smoking in the office, UNACCEPTABLE! TOTALLY!

Parked in front of the hotel to check in, everything was fine. Man at the desk was a little odd but friendly. Needed to move my car and all parking was full so I had to park far away in the back behind the building. Which would’ve also be fine, but I was then approached by a suspicious man calling me baby, asking to talk to me, and walking fast towards me. I ignored him and jogged to the front of the hotel trying to get away. Maybe he meant well, but I’m not sure what you think is going to come from approaching a random woman in a dark parking lot at midnight begging to talk to her.. I thought this hotel was supposed to be in a decent location….? This whole interaction just made me so uncomfortable. Other things that aren’t great: the hotel seems to be pretty old and not really taken care of on the inside. In my room, the carpet is so dirty you can’t walk on it without shoes, it’s weirdly sticky. Bed is ok, decently cleaned. I just expected more for the price of this place. You could find other hotels in the area with the same quality for a lower price. Not worth it!
