Many of the other staff seemed to act as if they were unhappily incarcerated in a prison, going out of their way to not even make eye contact, much less speak. If they did have to make eye contact, there were many who looked at you as if they could only be happy if you weren't there. I had to get moved out of my first room because the bathroom was filthy, and there was a gigantic handprint on the television that had clearly not been cleaned. To add to that, the room stunk. One morning half the breakfast foods were not available, and I can guarantee you from here on in, I will plan to stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Lakeland Drive where I've never had a problem. This was completely unacceptable. Again, kudos to Rochelle, the young lady who worked the breakfast area on certain days, and Kyle, but I've got to say, this place is well below IHG standards.

Hotel was clean but needs updates. Went to find the pool but the signs pointed in the wrong direction. Turned out you went down the opposite hall, around a corner, into a door marked stairs and a door for the pool was inside that. No markings except the wrong ones across the hotel. It was quiet which was nice. Overall okay stay.
