- CMCarol MosherJan 1, 20262.0We arrived to dirty sheets. When we asked for clean ones, the front desk wasn't able to give us fresh pillow cases, just the sheets. The whole room could use a good deep cleaning. Only positive is that it's pet friendly. Putting it on my personal do not stay list.

Every room door has what appears to be years of dirt and grime. Then bonus deal, I got to share my room with roaches. (Attached picture) There is no security. The "locking door" at the end of the hall had a tapped on hand written sign stating caution, under repair, the entire locking mechanism was gone, did not exist!

The location was convenient for us bc we were on vacation and needed some place to rest for the night after our van broke down. Quiet location, peaceful for sleeping. I also really appreciate all the sanitation centers and tissues they provided! The snack bar is also a plus! They have a gym as well for those who like to work out! Overall 5 stars for this place! ⭐ (×5)

He didn't say good evening how could I help y'all nothing .... After walking to the counter upon our arrival he says... "Name" then put papers on the counter for my husband to sign .... Never staying a word just looking with a face full of disgust .. it's disappointing because the rooms are nice and we have stayed many times before.... However if I show up again and see him I will cancel and leave! To many places In pearl to deal with nasty attitude I can go to Jackson for that
